Case Technician COBRA (Newburgh)

Associates degree with 1 year experience in human services or case management and a working knowledge in two of the following areas: Substance abuse, mental health, or HIV/AIDS issues. Or a high school diploma with 2 years of the above experience. Must have access to a car for travel and a valid driver's license.

Early Intervention Specialist (Poughkeepsie)

High school diploma/GED with a minimum of 1 year experience working with a chemically addicted population; comfortable doing outreach to medical, drug treatment and social services providers; knowledgeable of HIV/AIDS issues. Valid driver's license and access to a car for travel required.
